I designed the print for the school’s coffee mugs (quite an honour as I’m sure you can imagine). There are two versions: one with blue text (see below), and another in red.
Mug Design
The aim was to include an accurate cross-section of the research interests of staff and students within the school. I think we eventually found a way to fit most in, though the requirement for each line to be of equal length caused a few problems. A program automating that task might be an interesting constraints problem!
