What are you doing now?
Living in Seattle, working on Internet monitoring at Amazon Web Services.
What is your favourite memory from your time studying Computer Science in St Andrews?
The entire time was awesome, but to pick a few – hackathons, group projects, and the occasional hog roast were pretty fun/memorable.
Which was your favourite module, and why?
I enjoyed Operating Systems and Compute Architecture as they allowed me to dive into bits of CS that I was extremely interested in and both had awesome professors (Stuart and John)
What advice would you give to current students?
Take advantage of all of the opportunities available to you at St Andrews, and have fun!
“You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You’re on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who’ll decide where to go” — Dr Seuss
