The majority of apps out there for language learning are aimed at beginners. It follows the same textbook structure, boring grammar and none of the content seems applicable to you. It’s time for a new era of language learning, where it’s fun and where we can choose our own course! This language app lets you learn languages directly from YouTube. Perhaps you are a fan of an influencer speaking in mandarin. You can learn from native speakers, directly! The app gets you a transcript of the video, lets you make flashcards by incorporating images from Google, helps you learn the character stroke order, then sends this into a spaced repetition system for you to review in 5-minute lessons every day. So, think Anki… but with games like Duolingo. And without you having to go find a textbook yourself and learn the same useless sentences again. This time you can learn your favourite phrases, from your favourite YouTube creators!
